In the Managed Service model, the Simpli.fi Client Success and Ad Ops teams handle everything. We manage campaign setup, edits, monitoring, and optimization. This tier also includes full management of Facebook and Instagram campaigns via Facebook Business Manager.
The Hybrid model combines the control of Self-Service with the support of Managed Service. This allows your team to handle day-to-day campaign management via the UI while leveraging the Simpli.fi Ad Ops team for specific complex tasks, high-touch optimizations, or overflow support when needed.
Self-Service is designed for teams that want to manage their own campaigns. Clients use the Simpli.fi UI to set up, edit, and optimize their ads. While the client maintains control, they still have access to our reporting engine and email support from our success team.
